Winona Foods, INC. new facility groundbreaking ceremony took place on Tuesday in Howard WI. The company is building a new cheese manufacturing plant that will bring 120 jobs to the Village of Howard. The 187,000 square foot site is scheduled to be complete and operational by December of 2017. Governor Scott Walker joined Winona Foods employees for the ceremony.
