Ingredients Needed:

• Cream Cheese
• Orange Juice
• Pure Vanilla Extract
• Powdered Sugar
• Crushed Pineapple
• Carrot Cake Mix

Assembly:

• Make carrot cake mix according to instructions (sub out the oil for crushed pineapple)
  • Bake in a sheet pan
  • Cut into circles or keep whole
• Frosting:
  • mix 32 ounces of Cream Cheese,
  • a splash of orange juice,
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract and...
  • Powdered sugar to taste
• Top the carrot cake with the cream cheese mixture and enjoy!
