Ingredients Needed:
- Left over rotisserie chicken
- Red
- Yellow
- Green bell peppers
- Onions
- Sriracha mayonnaise or cilantro aioli
- Fajita seasoning
- Flat breads
Assembly:
- Saute the peppers and onions in Winona Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
- Add chicken and cook through
- Remove the chicken from the pan when finished and replace with the flat breads for warming
- Remove heated flat breads and top with chicken and cheese of your choice
- broil the sandwich until the cheese melts
- Top with sriacha mayonaise or seen here with a cilantro aioli
- Serve and enjoy!
