EZ Melt Queso

Ingredients Needed:
  • Alejandro™ EZ Melt

  • Cheese Crafters™ Pepper jack Shreds

  • Salsa

  • Tortilla chips

  • Whole Milk

Assembly:
  • Prepare the EZ Melt with whole milk to manufacturers specifications

  • Melt in 2 cups of Pepper jack cheese

  • Top with 1/4 cup salsa and enjoy!

Spicy Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients Needed:
  • Cheese Crafters™ Habanero Jack Cheese Slices

  • Small portabella mushrooms

  • Ground sausage

  • Bread crumbs

  • Chopped celery

  • Tomato

Assembly:
  • Sauté sausage, celery, finely chopped mushroom stems and bread crumbs

  • Stuff the Mushrooms with the mixture

  • Add the tomato and Habanero Jack Cheese slice

  • Bake until golden brown

Brie Bites

Ingredients Needed:
  • Winona Reserve™ Rectangle Slicing Brie

  • Favorite cracker of your choice

  • Balsamic reduction (glaze)

  • Candied pecans

Assembly:
  • Cut your rectangular slicing brie to desired size

  • Top the crackers with the cheese and pecans

  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze

Double Cream Brie Baguette

Ingredients Needed:
  • Winona Reserve™ Double Cream Brie Wheel

  • French Baguette or Water Crackers

  • Orange Blossom Honey

  • Candied Pecan Halves

Assembly:
  • Cut you desired wedge out of your Brie wheel

  • Arrange your candied Pecans on the wheel and on the wedge

  • Drizzle the honey over the Pecans and let it run over the sides

  • Serve with crackers or the Baguette

Little Slider Trio

Using a semi lean ground beef and ground Lamb combination,

In three separate bowls combine the Lamb and the ground beef and pour in the desired amount of shredded/crumbled cheese to combine with the meat.

Form into small patties to fit the smaller bun size and arrange on a parchment lined baking pan.

Bake or grill until golden brown, adding a separate spread for each burger to compliment the flavor of cheese!

Chipotle Cheddar Turkey Sliders

Ingredients Needed:
  • Lean ground turkey meat

  • Garlic Powder, salt and black pepper

  • Yellow Onion

  • Brown sugar

  • Cheese Crafters Chipotle Cheddar Shredded Cheese

  • Ketchup and prepared yellow mustard

  • Green bell pepper

  • Whole Wheat Burger Bun or Ciabatta bun

Assembly:
  • Cook 1 lb. of lean turkey meat, drain, add in garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon), onion (1/4 cup chopped), brown sugar (3 teaspoons), salt and ground pepper to taste.

  • Slice green bell pepper

  • Top with Cheese Crafters Chipotle Cheddar Shredded Cheese

  • Assemble and ENJOY!

Mango Pepper Jack Chicken Salad Baquettes

French Baguette cut on bias, Lightly smeared with chicken salad & topped with Cheese Crafters Pepper Jack Cheese & then lightly broiled to melt the cheese.  Topped with a dollop of mango relish.

  • Mango Relish:  store bought jarred Mango (diced), pimentos and diced red onion.

  • Chicken Salad:  Classic chicken salad with pines nuts. Smear salad on the on the Baguette and cover with a piece of Cheese Crafters Pepper Jack Cheese and broil until starting to brown and bubble.

Harvest Brie Raisin Bread

Ideal Pairing would be a Dry White Wine with Brunch or a Hot Toddy during Cold Winter Mornings

Lightly broiled raisin bread topped with fig jam and brie. When the Brie is hot and melted, top with a candied pecan and your favorite fresh berries. This brunch option is then topped with powdered sugar and lightly dusted with orange zest.

  • Store bought moist raisin bread, store bought fig jam, Winona Reserve Rectangular Brie Loaf or Brie Wheel.

Greek Eggplant Rounds

Ingredients Needed:
  • Eggplant

  • Winona Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Find it here: Winona Pure Oils)

  • Winona Reserve Goat Cheese or Socrates Feta

  • Greek Oregano

Assembly:
  • Wash and slice an eggplant into rounds

  • Spray your eggplant with Winona Pure EVOO and sprinkle with Greek oregano

  • Grill and serve with crumbled Winona Reserve Goat Cheese or Socrates Feta

Mexican Meatball Appetizer

Ingredients Needed:
  • Alejandro™ Crumbled Cotija

  • Ground beef or turkey

  • Mixed Mexican spice of your choice

  • Mole sauce (fresh or in a jar)

  • Bread crumbs

  • Winona Pure EVOO

Assembly:
  • Add spices and bread crumbs to meat and crumbled cotija

  • Roll to form smaller meatballs (can adjust the size of meatball to make as main course)

  • Sauté in Winona Pure EVOO until golden brown

  • Add meatballs to mole sauce and heat completely through

Chipotle Turkey Burger

Ingredients Needed:
  • Lean ground turkey meat

  • Winona Pure Extra Virgin Canola Oil (Find it here: Winona Pure Oils)

  • Spices of your choice (we used: garlic powder and season salt)

  • Yellow Onion

  • Mixed Greens

  • Cheese Crafters Chipotle Cheddar Shredded Cheese

  • Light mayo

  • Tomatoes

  • Whole Wheat Burger Bun

Assembly:
  • Mix ground turkey meat, 1.5 cups of Cheese Crafters Cheese and seasoning together

  • Make into patties and pan sear or grill with Winona Pure Canola Oil

  • Slice onion and tomato as a topper

  • Put a light layer of mayo on your bun, assemble and ENJOY!

Easy EZ Melt Nachos

Using the desired amount of cheese for “chip coverage,” melt the Alejandro™ EZ Melt in a pan and add milk to reach your desired consistency.

Using grilled Chicken, diced onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro and chopped green chili

Arrange the chips and topping’s on a plate and add the silky melted cheese sauce.

Gouda Fish Tacos

Ingredients Needed:
  • Tilapia or cod

  • Winona Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Find it here: Winona Pure Oils)

  • Spices of your choice (we used: garlic salt and cayenne pepper)

  • Lime

  • Red pepper and cabbage slaw

  • Gouda Cheese

  • Siracha and mayo to make dressing

  • Tortillas

Assembly:
  • Pan sear you fish in Winona Pure EVOO or Canola Oil. Sprinkle fish with garlic salt.

  • Pan sear red pepper and slaw until tender

  • Shred gouda cheese as the topper

  • Warm up tortilla and top with fish, red pepper, slaw and gouda.

  • Squeeze lime over the top. ENJOY!

Chicken Quinoa Stuffed Pepper

Ingredients Needed:
  • Winona Reserve™ Cheddar Cheese

  • Grilled Chicken

  • Quinoa

  • Bell peppers

  • Roasted butternut squash

Assembly:
  • Cut and clean the bell peppers

  • Cook quinoa according to directions

  • Grill chicken breast and toss with cooked quinoa

  • Combine with roasted butternut squash

  • Mix in Winona Reserve Cheddar

  • Stuff peppers and bake until hot all the way through, top with cheddar for the last 5 minutes

Smoked Turkey Havarti Dill Sandwich

Ingredients Needed:
  • Cheese Crafters™ Havarti Cheese

  • Smoked turkey

  • Field greens

  • Texas toast

  • Dill mayo (or any sandwich spread)

Assembly:
  • Grill the Texas toast

  • Arrange your turkey and Havarti, set under the broiler until the cheese melts

  • Add condiments and field greens

Pepper Jack Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients Needed:
  • Cheese Crafters™ Pepper Jack Cheese

  • Prosciutto

  • Large bone-in Chicken breast

  • Mesquite BBQ rub

Assembly:
  • Rub the chicken breast in mesquite BBQ rub

  • Slice open chicken breast length wise

  • Stuff with prosciutto and Pepper Jack Cheese

  • Bake or grill until cooked through

Cotija Mexican Salad

Ingredients Needed:
  • Alejandro™ Crumbled Cotija

  • Chopped lettuce

  • Roasted corn salsa

  • Pepitas

  • Grilled chicken

  • Diced tomato

  • Broccoli slaw

  • Thousand Island dressing

  • Tortilla strips

Assembly:
  • Dress the lettuce and toss

  • Mix in all of the other ingredients and toss well

  • Chill and serve!

Fried Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients Needed:
  • Winona Reserve™ Goat Cheese

  • Mixed Greens

  • Slivered Almonds and Carrots

  • Dried Cranberries

  • Dressing of your choice

Goat Cheese Preparation:
  • Slice a generous amount of Winona Reserve™ Goat Cheese off of the log

  • Pan sear the cheese in a hot skillet of olive oil—about 2 minutes on each side

Assembly:
  • Mix your salad ingredients together and toss with dressing of choice

  • Top with pan-seared Winona Reserve™ Goat Cheese
