Mole sauce (fresh or in a jar)
Bread crumbs
Winona Pure EVOO
Add spices and bread crumbs to meat and crumbled cotija
Roll to form smaller meatballs (can adjust the size of meatball to make as main course)
Sauté in Winona Pure EVOO until golden brown
Add meatballs to mole sauce and heat completely through
