Ingredients Needed:
- 80oz heavy cream
- 1lb powdered sugar
- 20oz vanilla extract
- Greek yogurt cream cheese
- 6 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6oz melted butter
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1-1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups jam of choice (optional)
Assembly:
- In a large bowl whisk together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and salt
- Pour in melted butter and whisk together until butter is completely incorporated
- Press mixture together at the bottom of pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- Chunk cream cheese block into 2” bits
- Mix 64oz heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract
- Mix at a medium speed for several minutes and then drop cream cheese blocks into mixer one at a time
- Once the mixture becomes very thic add heavy cream
- Spread mixture on top of crust, spoon dollops of preserves onto cheesecake and drag across to make a “ribbon” look
- Cool the cheesecake for at least 1 hour
- Serve and enjoy!
