Ingredients needed:

• Pizza crust, store bought or homemade 
• White garlic sauce or bechamel, as a base 
• Red Onion
• Chopped chive
• Sun dried tomato 
• Spicy pepper jack cheese shred
• Monterey Jack cheese (optional: to cool the bite of the Pepper Jack) 

Assembly: 

• Lay ingredients in desired order on to the pizza crust
• Bake assembled pizza until golden brown
