Ingredients:
- Watermelon
- Strawberries
- Roasted Turkey
- Tomato
- Corn
- Pineapple
- Garbanzo beans
- Organic black beans
- Black olives
- Shredded carrots
- Edamame
- Red onion
- Cucumber
Assembly:
- Slice up the fruits and veggies – the watermelon, pineapple, carrots, strawberries, carrots, onion and the cucumber
- Slice the roasted turkey
- Drain the olives, the corn, the black beans and the edamame
- Top with fresh chopped mint, strawberry kiwi juice, orange concentrate, salt, pepper garlic powder, white balsamic vinegar and Winona Pure Coconut Oil
- Mix all these ingredients together in a container, toss and serve!
