Ingredients needed:
Assembly:
- Saute the chard, add the onions after a few minutes
- Add the potato and cook together for a few more minutes
- Add the salt pepper and garlic
- Put in a shallow baking dish
- Spray with olive oil
- Pour mixture over the beaten eggs
- Add the shredded cheese then bake until the dish begins to brown slightly
- Serve with a bit of sour cream and fresh chopped tomato's as a garnish!
